Andy uploads pages to his ApogeeX workflow.

ApogeeX pre-flights and renders the pages.

ApogeeX transfers the rendered pages to the Delano Portal.

Delano sends an e-mail notification to Bruce, a print buyer in Sydney

Bruce receives the e-mail that announces his pages are ready for review.

He uses a web browser to log in on the London Delano Portal.

He reviews the pages using Delano’s fast StreamProof option and has access to the pre-flight report.

He judges the colours on his calibrated monitor with Delano's SWOP certified colour management.

Bruce approves/rejects pages and uploads one replacement.
Bruce's page approval triggered the London ApogeeX workflow to output local contract proofs on the Proof printer.

Simultaneously the ApogeeX workflow renders remote proofs for the Proof system in Sydney.

Bruce's uploaded page triggered the ApogeeX workflow in London to render and upload the file to the Delano Server.
Andy gets himself a cup of tea.

Bruce finds his SherpaProof system printing remote contract proofs.

He checks the remote proofs using his spectrophotometer and the Sherpa CMS validation software.


Bruce joins his friends at the pub.
